Brenda Dodson
Brenda Dodson began her career in education as an elementary teacher. She later earned a Master’s in Science Education degree and began teaching high school biology and marine science. She loves sharing her enthusiasm about nature and science with her students. She currently lives in Aptos, California, nestled between the ocean and redwood forest, with her silly golden retriever, Rio.
Tori Schweyer
Tori Schweyer grew up in Santa Cruz, California, where she spent her childhood drawing, painting, tunneling through blackberry bushes, and breathing in the salty beach air. After high school, Tori earned a BFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She currently lives in Wellington, New Zealand, where she spends her days reading, drinking bubble tea, and befriending the neighborhood cats.
